- A restaurant and a bookshop are installed in the star bastion, near the entrance of the castle, during renovation work.
The Pavillon du Haut-Koenigsbourg – a small restaurant, shop and bookshop – is open from April to October. It is freely accessible.

Belongings can be deposited free of charge at the castle entrance in July and August.
