Historical re-enactment

1, 2 and 3 April

Take a three-day leap back into history! The Compagnie de Saint-Georges from Burgundy will be taking over the fortress in its entirety. Whether soldiers, craftspeople or simple peasants, men, women and children alike, close to a hundred costumed characters will be recreating castle life in the 15th century.

The Compagnie de Saint-Georges is an international association emblematic of living medieval history. It has performed at Haut-Kœnigsbourg on several occasions. For over 25 years, it has been recreating daily life in the late 15th century as accurately as possible throughout Europe. So take a spin in the go-back-in-time machine!
