Le 757 restaurant gets a makeover! The Collectivité européenne d'Alsace has embarked on a major building project: a 2-storey restaurant with over 200 seats in the castle's star-shaped Bastion.

This new restaurant will enable the restaurant to develop its menu, offer new services and welcome coach operators and seminars. Work will start shortly and should be completed in 2027.

In the meantime, to continue to offer a catering service at the castle, the restaurant has moved into temporary premises.

The new space has a capacity of around seventy, allowing it to cater exclusively for individuals.

Le 757 is open all day (except 01/01, 16/10, 25 and 26/12), until the monument closes at the end of the day. You can enjoy Alsatian cuisine and try an organic range.

Le 757 - The Pavillon

Ideally located at the foot of the castle, the 757 Pavillon du Haut-Koenigsbourg offers a short break during your visit to the massif.

It is at the same time :

• A souvenir shop where the themes of the Middle Ages, castles and Alsace are reflected in a range of fun and original products and books for young and old alike.
• A snack point with a simple menu to suit all appetites and budgets, with a panoramic terrace overlooking the Alsace plain. 

The Haut-Koenigsbourg pavillon is open from the second half of March until the end of the All Saints' holiday period, during the monument's opening hours.

It is accessible at ground level.
