The information collected is processed by the Information Systems and Digital Department (DSIN) of the Collectivité européenne d'Alsace (CeA) for the purpose of reporting bugs. The processing of your data is subject to your consent (art. 6.1 a of the RGPD). If you do not provide the mandatory information marked with an asterisk, your request cannot be processed by our services.

Your data may potentially be re-used for statistical purposes in order to improve our services (your data will then be anonymised).

Your data is kept for a period of 2 years from the last time it was sent before being destroyed or made anonymous. In application of the regulations, you have the right to access, rectify and limit all data concerning you. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, in which case your data will be deleted.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify or delete your personal data, as well as the right to restrict its processing. You may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of your data and give instructions concerning the retention, deletion and communication of your data after your death.
