Protection of personal data

The Collectivité européenne d'Alsace is committed to respecting the rules on privacy and the protection of personal data. Accordingly, the Collectivité européenne d'Alsace undertakes to ensure that all processing of personal data complies with the amended 1978 ‘Data Protection Act’ and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), of 27 April 2016 applicable on 25 May 2018.

What personal data are collected?

As part of the use of its website and associated services, Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg (Collectivité européenne d'Alsace) collects personal data. This data comes from the voluntary communication of individuals as part of the use of the site and its services.

However, the Collectivité européenne d'Alsace respects the principle of minimisation imposed by the General Data Protection Regulation, thus limiting itself to the processing of personal data strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the user's requests.

What is a cookie?
