Castles and Legends Festival
At Haut-Koenigsbourg castle, the Festival will be a weekend of festivities and creativity!
For its 6th edition, the Castles and Legends Festival – organised by the Collectivité européenne d'Alsace – will be celebrating stone giants, kobolds, dwarves and other gnomes.
At Haut-Koenigsbourg castle, the Festival will be a weekend of festivities and creativity!
On 13 and 14 June, to the sound of music and the rhythm of dance, a variety of workshops will be on offer: creating stone dwarves, shadow puppet theatre, demonstrations of blacksmithing and stone carving, presentations of 16th-century carpentry techniques, crafts using natural materials, face painting, mineralogy, treasure hunts… The creatures of the earth and the geological riches of the Rhine come together to help you discover the castle in a whole new light.
With Les Joyeulx Bransleurs, the Licorne tambourineuse, Stone Art, Candice Mack, ASEPAM, the Tellure Mining Park and the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle's cultural mediation team.
